**Position Summary**:
A **Sales Process transformation Manager**is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the sales processes within an organization, ensuring alignment between sales strategy, tools, and execution. This role acts as the bridge between business operations and sales execution, often working closely with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, CRM/IT, and finance.

We are seeking a **Senior Manager**with deep expertise in lead-to-order sales process design and CRM enablement to drive client success across complex, global engagements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Process Design & Optimization**
- Define, document, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes (e.g., lead to quote, quote to cash).
- Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

**Sales Tools & CRM Enablement**
- Act as a functional lead for CRM systems (like Salesforce), ensuring that tools support the defined sales processes.
- Partner with IT and sales teams to translate business needs into system requirements.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Work with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to align sales processes with GTM (go-to-market) strategies.
- Facilitate workshops or feedback sessions to gather input and drive consensus.

**Performance Metrics & Reporting**
- Define KPIs to measure process effectiveness (e.g., sales cycle time, conversion rates).
- Ensure reporting systems are in place to track and improve performance.

**Training & Change Management**
- Lead change management for new or updated sales processes.
- Support onboarding and training of sales staff on new tools and procedures.

**Compliance & Governance**
- Ensure sales processes adhere to internal controls, regulatory, and legal requirements.

**Ideal Background**:

- Experience in sales operations, business process management, or CRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and B2B/B2C sales models.
- Functional knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
- 8+ years of Professional Services Consulting Experience
- Ability to translate business needs into system/process solutions.
