Business Operations Transformation Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team and take on a challenging role in Business Operations Transformation. As a key member, you will act as a bridge between business, operations, technology, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, focusing on simplification, elimination, and automation.
  • Analyze existing operational workflows and fragmented applications to design integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with department leads and teams to gather and review operational requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives within CS&O.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize operations processing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support strategic projects by aligning business goals with operational outcomes.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on process changes and project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in the transformed processes.
