Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to address these challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process transformation plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and change management
  • Provide expert technical and domain advice to enhance the quality and efficiency of business processes
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization
  • Support audit exercises by collaborating with stakeholders to address findings and ensure compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process transformation

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related working experience in Business Process Analysis or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Positive disposition with ability to work well with all functional levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in process mapping, optimization, and transformation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
