Job Description:

An expert Business Process Strategist is required to collaborate with stakeholders and drive process optimization across the organization.

  • Develop detailed process mappings, including activity diagrams, for each department.
  • Engage with Heads of Departments (HODs) and relevant stakeholders to validate and confirm identified processes.
  • Provide expert technical advice to enhance the quality and efficiency of business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process transformation and propose solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Support audit exercises by collaborating with stakeholders to address findings and ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of related working experience in Business Process Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous at analysis/design documentation.
  • Pro-active, independent, resourceful, able to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive disposition with ability to work well with all functional levels within the organization.
