3. Recommending tools in infrastructure domain like IT operations Manager or System Management Tools like BMC remedy, Solarwinds etc, ITSM tools like service now, Security solution of Privileged Access Management Solutions, perimeter security products like NIDS etc.

4. Working with OEM’s and partners defining the solution, HLD & value proposition

5. Technical response, HLD and LLD for tools deployment

6. Presentation to customer on approach, solution, HLD and USP’s

7. Working with project/operation team in helping setting up of tools, operationalizing and optimizing tools deployment
