**Roles & Responsibilities**

**SMS-SME is a marine engineering company, which specializes in engineering and production of marine equipment for dry cargo access and securing system; Hatch cover, Lashing bridge and Ro-Ro equipment. SMS-SME is looking for Chief engineer.**:**Responsibilities**
- Lead teams of Engineers and guide problem solving
- Advise on project distribution and setting up the timelines.
- Design cargo access system; Hatch cover, Lashing bridge, Ro-Ro equipment
- Analyze forces on structure to meet safety requirement
- Use design SW to draw and modify drawing of the structure
- Draw a concept and detailed drawings of company structure items

**Requirements**:

- Must have the industry experience of minimum 10 years
- Good communication skill is a must
- Leadership for engineers and for the clients
- Korean reading/writing is a plus
