**Job Description**:
Digital Strategy and Transformation

1. We are looking for Business Advisors to engage SMEs in Singapore.

3. The role would also involve making digital recommendations to SMEs across industry solutions, cybersecurity, etc.

4. Offer first tier business advisory to SMEs on digital best practices, upskilling and other improvements

5. Managing timeline and project deliverables

6. Provide advisory on the adoption strategy and technology adoption roadmap

7. Manage communication with customer & customer staff

8. Project Documentation and sign off

9. Managing multiple different projects and deliverables concurrently

10. Overseeing project management of project undergoing technology implementation

11. Provides consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting

12. Managing project reports externally

13. Well-versed in the enterprise solutions technology landscape

Technical Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant digital experience, preferably senior executive with business development experience or equivalent.

5. Experience and knowledge of working in / with local SMEs or related stakeholder is preferred

6. Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation with the ability to develop relationship across a wide and diverse group of people across age

segments.

7. Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and other local language (Malay, Tamil, Mandarin)

8. Demonstrate independent problem solving and decision-making skills

9. Self-motivated and comfortable in working in fast-paced environment
