Facilities Administrator (International School)Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management (Singapore)Location: Bukit Batok
**What this job involves**: Handle and answer phone calls from users of the facilities in a timely and proficient manner. Direct callers to the right office for enquiries relating to school
Manage helpdesk services and escalate requests to respective parties involved within the agreed response times and ensure that rectification works are recorded
Collate helpdesk request and summarise into a report for review by Site Lead
Raise work request/purchase order and distribute to Technicians/Handyman on site to proceed with works
Liaise with Jones Land LaSalle's Head Office for matters relating to Head Office support
Adhere to College's Safeguarding and Lanyard policy and ensure vendors' compliance
Provide administrative support pertaining to contracts, finance and purchase requests matters
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required by FM / AFM
Perform basic analysis of the helpdesk data information to identify opportunities for site improvement
