- Assist walk-in customers with their purchase
- Attends to customer enquiries
- Ensure the bookshop is adequately stocked by reviewing stock and inventory control levels

- Plan & execute new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Work with eCommerce Fulfilment Admin on inventory management to ensure a seamless fulfilment operation
- Research and keep up to date on industry trends and practices
- Monitor online sales performance

**Other duties**:

- Duties and responsibilities as assigned by HOD
- Able to work with other departments in various aspects
- 5 day work week (no shift), and some weekends, as and when required
