**What the role is**
- ASSISTANT MANAGER, STATION OPERATIONS
**What you will be working on**
- The Rail Licensing Division is responsible for the management and administration of rail operators’ licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, and monitors rail performance, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network. We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong leadership and analytical skills to join our team. You will be part of a team supporting the operations and regulatory functions, with a scope including but not limited to: a. Manage and administer Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) regulatory requirements together with relevant stakeholders; b. Establish and execute the processes for the issuance of licence modifications; c. Review of Codes of Practice and related regulatory documents; d. Monitor station operations, review and facilitate the approval processes for utilisation of advertising media, commercial spaces and activities across the RTS network; and e. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the development of non-fare policies, guidelines and related requirements, with the view of improving public transport commuter experience.
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in any discipline - Excellent writing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills - Highly adaptable team player who is able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic and fast environment - Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines - Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Self-motivated, astute, meticulous and resourceful to produce innovative solutions - Leadership and relevant work experience in Licensing and Operation areas will be an advantage - Those without working experience are welcome to apply
