**Position: Account Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and objectives, and communicate these effectively to the internal team.
- Coordinate with various departments (SEO, Content, Design) to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and meet the expected quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing any issues.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to clients, and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, including metrics on SEO, traffic, and other relevant KPIs.
- Assist in developing strategies and plans that align with client objectives and contribute to their overall success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide clients with informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and related technologies is a plus.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
