Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our China Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be key in managing client relationships, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth project coordination across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as WeChat, RED (Xiaohongshu), Douyin, and Weibo.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met through effective campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, and media buyers) to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports to clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on the latest trends in China's digital landscape.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and case studies.
  • Assist in budget tracking and campaign cost management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a China-focused role.
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, RED, Douyin, Weibo) and their advertising tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencer marketing and KOL collaborations on Chinese platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of paid media strategies for WeChat, RED, and Douyin.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
