Title

Management Accountant

**Job Description**:
The Management Accountant will work closely with the GM and CFO to drive financial strategies

and manage the accounting operations of a fast growing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, processing payments, tracking

payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Perform daily accounting duties ensures that receipts and invoices are applied accurately

and timely so that the accounts receivables are up-to-date.
- Help to raise and prioritize invoices for payments; monitor bank account levels.
- Daily general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Manage the timely closing process and reconciliations.
- Run ad-hoc reports as and when needed.
- Assist in the preparation of the financial statements of the Company.
- Conducting periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, and other financial records to

ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, processing payments, tracking

payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Perform daily accounting duties ensures that receipts and invoices are applied accurately

and timely so that the accounts receivables are up-to-date.
- Manage the timely closing process and reconciliations.
- Promptly manage purchase orders and preparation of invoices for monthly billing.
- Generate Accounts Receivables aging report and send Statement of Accounts to

customers to ensure prompt collections.
- Support preparation of month/quarter/year-end deliverables for company reporting in

compliance with deadlines.
- Master-data management for customers and vendors in financial systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements.
- Perform annual company reporting functions including but not limited to Annual Returns.
- Track Work-in-progress (WIP) projects to ensure prompt billing to customers.
- Calculation and posting of manual journal to record doubtful debt and WIP provisions.
- Support monthly closings, reconciliations, audits and tax forms.
- Full set of accounts for subsidiaries and/or parent companies.
- Organize AGM.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is typically

required.
- At least two years of relevant work experience in accounting.
- Experience in F&B a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Abilities to handle both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Energetic personality with good working attitude.
