**What the role is**
- You will join AGD at the senior management level and be deployed to various agencies in the public sector to take on key roles in the provision of financial services. As the Director of Finance deployed to a new set up, you will lead a team in handling the full spectrum of the finance and procurement functions.

**What you will be working on**
- Your key duties include the following:

- Oversee the financial operations and procurement operations of the organization
- Set up the agency’s finance governance and department
- Lead the finance and procurement team and be responsible for the setup of financial and procurement system, and policies for the entity
- Direct financial planning and strategy to support operations
- Manage and develop finance professionals under your management and leadership

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Accountancy, Business, Engineering or Information Technology
- Strong finance foundation and in-depth understanding of internal controls
- At least 12 years of relevant working experience with at least 8 years of supervisory experience
- Willingness to be deployed to different public agencies as part of career development
- Meticulous, analytical with good problem solving and project management skills
- Proactive, results oriented and display strong multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership who has the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively and build trust in order to influence, facilitate and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical, written, communication and inter-personal skills
