**Regional scope**:

- Assist with data quality management on Cargo wise regionally - leveraging big data, data visualization dashboards and excel automation tools to ensure high levels of data integrity
- Assist with the rollout of internal processes to achieve process optimization across various functions, including but not limited to HR, Finance, Operations, QHSES and Sales
- Assist with evaluating/testing new business transformation tools to identify gaps and opportunities to ease adoption cycles of regional branches including but not limited to: PowerBI, Cargowise One, New accounting software(s), New payroll software(s), New HR onboarding and performance review platforms
- Provide ongoing support to Forwarding Controller, South-East Asia and Oceania for new initiatives as required

**Local scope**:

- Work closely with Operations and DMR Teams to ensure suppliers’ invoices are posted timely against the accruals in the shipment files
- Act as an agent for change management, digesting and rolling out new initiatives communicated by the global corporate functions within deugro’s Singapore branch
- Assist with the rollout of internal processes to achieve process optimization across various functions, including but not limited to HR, Finance, Operations, QHSES and Sales.
- Assist with QHSES and administrative policy updates, participating in meetings and training sessions related to QHSES topics as needed
- Assist with local HR administration in collaboration with regional HR coordinator, ensuring all HR-related housekeeping matters are handled in a timely manner
