Assistant Human Resource Manager

The Assistant Human Resource Manager supports the Group Manager, HR & Admin to establish HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations.
**Job Description
Responsibilities include delivery and support on the full spectrum of human resources for whole group companies in an efficient and effective manner:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to provides professional support/guidance on all aspects of HR matters.
- Involve in reviewing, benchmarking, and enhancing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive wage system with compliance to legal requirements.
- Manage accurate HR data.
- Support Finance Department in monthly payroll matters.
- Government/ Management statistical report/ survey.
- Plan and implementation of HR related initiatives and projects.
**Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years relevant experience as HR Generalist.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced and geographically diverse environment.
- A team player and possess a customer-focused attitude.
- Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive.
- Hands-on with MS Word & Excel Advance, Timesoft &/or Info-Tech HRMS will be an advantage.
