
IT Sales Manager

Our client focus on IT support services, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of IT Service Management for product support, infrastructure build-&-run and offer a comprehensive suite of managed services. They carry notebook and PC products, printers, servers, networking gear, computing parts and many more, for all major brands.
**Job Scope for IT Sales Manager**
- Lead a small team of Inside Sales Rep to perform the sales of IT products and parts (Server, PC/Notebook, Print and other IT Product)
- Recruit and supervise inside sales representatives, set objectives, train, coach them and monitor their performance. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to rectify them
- Be overall responsible for Sales Process Control (SPC). SPC will cover various important stages of a sales cycle (Quotation, Procurement, Goods Receipt, Delivery and Invoicing and Credit).
- Understand the nature of the business and stay alert of evolving situation.
- Work with higher management to formulate and modify Sales Process Control to adapt to changes.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and sales process.
- Design and implement strategic plans that expands company’s customer base.
- Occasionally meet with customers to understand their needs, grow and nurture long-lasting relationships.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Stay updated on changing markets trends and shifts, new products and competitions.
- Work with the management team to address such challenges and identify new opportunities.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- With knowledge in IT / Computer hardware
- Good leadership and effective communication skills
- Good planning skills, analytical and rational problem-solving skills.
- **5 days work **(8.30am to 6pm) at **Henderson road **(Bukit Merah)
