Reports To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in assigned territories or market segments.
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and its offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, pharmacy or any related field.
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharmaceutical equipment or industrial machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., tablet press machines, granulators, coating systems, isolators, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
