Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Manager (Pharmaceutical Equipment)

Location: Singapore & Malaysia

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Sales/ Marketing at Pharmaceutical / Laboratory Manufacturing Equipment

Experience Level: Mid to Senior-Level

Reports To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in assigned territories or market segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, pharmacy or any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharmaceutical equipment or industrial machinery.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., tablet press machines, granulators, coating systems, isolators, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
