**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Institutional Marketing team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global team, by contributing towards marketing strategies and building up relationships with our partners and customers. It is a varied position that will challenge you to think differently and play a pivotal role as our marketing team is evolving to better serve our global network of customers.
The aim of this role is to contribute to the achievement of marketing objectives and targets by providing support to the team in a variety of ways, including executing campaigns, research, and reporting activities. This role ensures that the agreed processes are followed, with high standards of accuracy/quality, and contributes to ongoing improvements in processes and approaches to marketing, based on evidence and an understanding of our customers. You are also required to work closely with internal stakeholders in sales, editorial, production and the other marketing teams globally to support and develop effective campaigns.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Deal effectively with internal and external queries, and other customer communications, to ensure that stakeholder needs are met
- Coordinate, implement, adapt, and deliver marketing campaigns under direction of line managers
- Support the team in research activities, projects, on campaigns as directed by line managers
- Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of information for reporting and tracking team activity
- Analyse and report on campaign results using the full suite of tools available
- Support the team in the provision of required management information, e.g., extracting and manipulating required data from systems
- Create and update marketing materials and website content as required, under direction of line managers
- Occasional request to carry out customer-facing activities, reporting back as required
- Contribute to discussions with new ideas and actively look for ways to improve existing processes.
- Be accountable for managing own learning, taking responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps and developing an appropriate level of systems knowledge, marketing skills, and sector awareness as a foundation for further development.
**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**:
- Experience in a marketing environment, understanding of the role of marketing, and proven track record of goal-achievement in evidence-based marketing campaigns
- Excellent time management skills and record keeping experience and knowledge
- Able to demonstrate customer and commercial awareness - including the competitive environment, potential partner organisations and market trends.
- Good knowledge and well-versed with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point), design and editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro) and understanding of marketing tools (such as Marketing Cloud)
- Excellent communication skills across a range of written and oral media
