Sales Compensation Manager will work to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of commissions reporting and processes and help enable our sales organization to be even more successful. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for supporting the APAC theatre by providing timely and accurate commission processing. You must be able to fully own and administer an end-to-end commissions process and work cross functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, HR, Finance and Payroll on all elements regarding the commissions process. This involves monitoring the compensation plans for accuracy by developing quantitative analysis and assisting the related financial reporting requirements.
**Your day to day**
- Manage and build a high-performance Sales Compensation team who are required to deliver a high standard of support to Sales, Sales Ops, and other key stakeholders
- Build a strong relationship and engagement model with Sales management teams, executives & business supporting functions (HR, Sales Ops, Legal)
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Management and Sales Operations on Sales Compensation Policies, procedures and exceptions
- Primary contact for sales representatives in assigned theatre
- Responsible for business partnership and theatre leadership
- Ad hoc reporting - Insights and analytics
- Researches and resolves disputes/inquiries
- Track and manage SPIFFS (special incentives to the field)
- Owns training and rollout of new plans and changes
- Manages quota and comp plan distribution and approvals
- Supports Commissions on accrual process
**What you bring to the team**
- 5-8 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably sales compensation or sales operations
- Proficient in MS Suite including Microsoft Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, chart/graphs)
- Experience developing new as well as updating and improving upon existing processes/workflows
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills with ability to recommend solutions to resolve complex business issues
