**Your tasks**:

- Understand R&S Mobile Network Testing (MNT) products and solutions and ability to articulate the same to internal and external customers
- Establish customer and market priorities to execute a strategic course of action to accomplish sales goals
- Aggressively seek out new opportunities in existing and new accounts. Combine a solid understanding of R&S MNT product knowledge with creative solution selling
- Work in conjunction with Operations team and product management to meet customer’s requirements
- Drive sales by developing opportunities and driving to close with understanding of value proposition relative to the market
- Demonstrate knowledge of market data and access to resources to create new business opportunities
- Develop and close business opportunities with strategic accounts to meet assigned business objectives. Lead and influence customers in network decisions
- Manage high level relationship within R&S and the customer to continue and foster successful partnerships
- Communicate in an organized, clear and concise manner to effectively express ideas, plans, actions, and projects to support customer needs
- Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales
- Demonstrate full compliance to company sales and pricing guidelines
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned

**Your qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or relevant field of studies
- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant sales, account management, business development and / or market experience in a related industry
- 5G vertical domains such as Agriculture, Health, and Industry 4.0 experiences will be a huge advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
- Effective ability to work with people of different levels from different regions to address issues and to attain amicable solutions
- Willingness to travel frequently (at least 50%) within Asia Pacific and occasional travel to Europe
