The Appointment Setter Manager will manage and grow the telemarketing team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the Heroes of Digital sales teams. The manager’s responsibilities include:

- Recruit, train and optimize a team of telemarketers identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities for sales teams
- Ensure telemarketing team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s
- Plan for hiring and onboarding new telemarketers
- Work closely with Sales and other members of the leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
- Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
- Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
- Analyse metrics and suggest areas for improvement in scripts or overall strategy
- Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
- Oversee usage of team systems including Zoho and Google Sheets
- Partner with Sales manager to refine strategy and approach to generate higher volume of qualified leads.
- Manage the lead lifecycle, nurturing, scoring, segmentation and list data.
- Report regularly on program performance, track performance, and make optimization recommendations.

**Requirements**:
The Heroes of Digital Telemarketing Manager should possess the following skills:

- 3+ years of B2B sales management experience
- Outbound call center management experience preferred
- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
- Experience selling into the SME market strongly preferred
- Experience using CRM tools
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin (bilingual English and Chinese to handle customer from Chinese based)

On any given day the Telemarketing Manager will be meeting with his/her team members to provide side-by-side coaching as well as call monitoring. They will also be measuring and reviewing the effectiveness of call campaigns to report to the sales managers. The Telemarketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing call scripts and making recommendations for future campaigns.
