
Events and Training Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all aspects related to Events and Training function and work closely with Distributors leaders to ensure their success and growth with Market_Singapore
- Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events from venue sourcing and all related logistics planning.
- Coordinate and execute events/post-event promotion, prepare project evaluation report and propose improvement recommendations
- Plan, coordinate, conduct and monitor the overall distributor training system and related activities to ensure all training sessions/programs are implemented effectively, including training room rental & set up and related training administration, etc.
- Work closely with distributors leaders/group via periodical visits; motivate and support them in increasing their momentum and drive on business growth.
- Act as Corporate Speaker for assigned training sessions and corporate events where necessary.
- Support field development special projects and other duties as assigned by Product Manager/ Sales Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree Holder preferably in Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and organize events
- Experience in public speaking and providing training is an advantage
- Good communication skills, presentation skills, and coordination skills with influencing power
- Excellent communications Mature, well-organized and good team player
- Excellent command of written and spoken in languages (in-view of business communication
- Able to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally
