Singapore Chubb INA Holdings Inc. Full time

An opportunity has arisen to join our small, high performing regional Talent and Development Centre of Excellence and have real impact on the careers, development and experiences of work of our APAC Insurance colleague population across Asia Pacific.

The team currently drives this remit across the Asia Pacific business and over the past few years has built a forward-looking function that is considered a strategic partner to the business and a hub for innovative solution design. A strong suite of solutions and content exists, ready to be used as a starting point to solve the talent challenges experienced by our colleagues - we are looking for someone with strong business partnering, problem solving and solution design skills to build a deep understanding of this business, build strategic, ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with business leaders, co-design impactful talent and development solutions, and help to make our APAC Insurance business a great place to work

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Partnering - Leverage a variety of resources to build a deep understanding of the APAC Insurance business - its growth drivers, its strategy, its value chain, how it goes to market - and its talent profile, strengths and challenges. Use this insight to quickly build impactful relationships with business and HR leaders, top talent and the population in general across all of the 6 markets in APAC in which we operate, demonstrating credibility, gravitas and deep strength in the T&D agenda

Needs Assessment - Continually engage with business and HR stakeholders across the region to understand their business models, key success factors and pain points, and translate these into potential Talent and Development interventions for consideration by the broader team.

Utilise your knowledge of the business and broader market trends to suggest appropriate learning topics aligned to business pain points and / or the Future of Work agenda. Work with in-country HR/Talent teams to understand the support they need to deliver annual talent processes and propose appropriate mitigations

Solution Design - Leverage existing Talent and Development solutions and content, T&D best practices, creative ideas including vendor use, and your deep understanding of the business needs and challenges to design appropriate solutions and interventions. Co-create solutions with the broader T&D team, local HR and / or business leaders as appropriate to get to the best outcome and / or to bring stakeholders on a change journey

Solution Delivery - Take ownership of the solutions designed and drive their delivery. This can be any combination of: supporting local HR teams to execute by sharing content and / or upskilling them; driving delivery (including of learning content) yourself; co-ordinating delivery in conjunction with the broader T&D team; managing vendors to deliver to your anticipated timelines, budget and outcomes

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement of Solutions - Continuous challenge of the status quo and proactive identification of areas for improvement to drive ongoing innovation in the CoE’s provision of solutions to HR and the business; introduce new vendors; and improve the experience of your stakeholders and your population in terms of the service they receive from our CoE

Annual Planning - Support the team’s annual planning process by proactively contributing to the process of understanding stakeholder pain points and priorities, translating these into potential Talent and Development interventions, prioritising them, and building associated delivery plans in alignment with leading practice project management principles

Stakeholder engagement - Provide expert level consultation to business and HR stakeholders across the region in all aspects of Talent and Development. Utilise your skills in building effective working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, flexing your engagement style accordingly, to establish yourself as a key point of contact for the Talent and Development agenda across the region.

Continuous learning - Keep up-to-date with trends in the industry, the market and in the Talent and Development space in order to continually refresh learning curricula and to improve talent processes.

Regional support - Contribute to CoE projects to innovate and bring new solutions to our stakeholders, across the spectrum of Talent and Development considerations

Global support - Contribute to and represent the Asia Pacific region in global project work as required
