The Talent Management Partner, APAC will be a key partner of Evident Center of Expertise Talent Management. The role will be responsible for designing and maintaining an effective strategy, framework and set of tools for talent management in the region, and for providing expert support to HR team in APAC.

The role is based in Evident Singapore office and requires travels in APAC region from time to time.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Key stakeholder management - ensure a solid cadence of communications and provide a high touch level of partnership with hiring managers
- Review and improve recruitment methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
- Manage third party relationships with external vendors
- Drive regional recruitment projects across APAC

**Talent Management**
- Support and coordinate the planning, development and implementation of talent related processes and programs (e.g., talent reviews, succession planning, training)
- Contribute to or lead new projects in areas of expertise and in adjacent areas
- Partner closely with HRBPs in the countries and regional heads to develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for talent retention, training and development, promotion and succession planning
- Ensure a comprehensive approach to responding to talent gaps. Serve as a direct business partner to senior leaders where relevant
- Analyze talent data on an on-going basis and provide insights to drive deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels, including the creation and maintenance of reliable, diverse talent pools
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and promote diversity and inclusion across the organization
- Contribute to Talent Management and Development activities and framework at region level to meet the organization's business needs
- Roll out of new initiatives and monitor existing processes/programs in area of expertise
- Support and enhance HR's capabilities in these areas

**Change Management**
- Supporting APAC HR Head in developing change management plans and key initiatives
- Gather information and feedback from the ground level to evaluate the impact of planned organisational change
- Support in identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
- Coordinate change management work streams with a structured methodology / process
- Support the development of communications relevant to change initiatives, collaborating with internal communications function, and execute against plans in timely fashion
- Assist to provide necessary coaching and training to employees at all levels
- Track success metrics and measure performance against pre-agreed metrics and key milestone plans
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams

**Others**
- Undertake any other duties assigned from time to time.
