HR Executive

The incumbent should possess good communication skills, abiity to provide product training with guidance and good at problem solving.
Ideally you should have experience in the fianancial industry and has knowledge of some financial products or had done financial sales before.
- Perform 360 recruitment as well as onboarding and off-boarding process
- Work closely with recruiters to achieve hiring goals
- Manage all HR-related administrative activities
- Provide in-house training
- Assist in payroll and other payment related matters
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans
- Keep records of individual staff’s performance
- Monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment records
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma from a recognized institution
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish rapport with management, current colleagues, new colleagues and applicants
- Able to interact with all organisational levels
- Efficient, resourceful and responsible
- Ability to prioritise roles and duties while contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Meticulous, able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good conflict resolution ability
- Good in written and spoken Mandarin
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of social media marketing an added advantage
- Been in financial industry for at least 1 year (ex sales consultants with HR knowledge welcome to apply)
