As a HR Executive, you will be managing our company's recruiting process which also includes creating learning and development programs for employees as well as overseeing our hiring processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have an in depth knowledge of labor legislation that can aid you in making strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
**Main duties and Responsibilities**:
Perform day-to-day HR administrative duties
Creating fair HR policies
Implement performance review procedures
Ensuring proper interview techniques are in place
Assessing training needs and development initiatives
Oversee daily operations
**Education and Experience**:
Local Diploma or Equivalent in Human Resources related
At least 2 years of working experience in related field
Solid communication skills
