**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the key stakeholders, developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures. Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.
- Work closely with the executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Advise, counsel, and provide coaching and resolution to address employees’ performance. Provide consultation and performance management guidance to improve work relationships, build moral and increase productivity and retention.
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Implement and iterate on HR systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforce.
- Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation as it related to improving processes, addressing performance, creating action plans, and ensuring proper training and development of employees.

**Position Requirements**:

- At least 10 years or more relevant working experience in HR managerial position in manufacturing sector.
- Leadership and experience in managing a team.
- Good communicator and strong in change management
- Good policy review and writing
- Committed and good problem-solving skills
- Full-Time position(s) available.
