**About the role**:
Our client is an global pharmaceutical company seeking for an Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead brand marketing efforts across the APAC region.

Based in Singapore, this role is focused on developing and executing innovative brand marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of **medical aesthetic**portfolio across APAC
- Craft and execute robust **B2B and B2C**campaigns, leveraging digital and 360-degree campaigns
- Collaborate with in-country sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective messaging, branding, and activation strategies
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and channel partners to amplify brand recognition and adoption
- Conduct market research to provide actionable consumer and patient insights, shaping impactful marketing concepts and claims
- Lead the creation of regional campaigns for local market rollout, including training sales teams and providing marketing collateral
- Oversee product launches and upgrades while aligning with regional and in-country teams

**Requirements**:

- Experience in people management, direct-to-consumer marketing, medical marketing, and event marketing is essential.
