We are looking for a Planning Manager who will leads the Supply Chain Planning team for Consumer Health. In this role you will manage the Planning operations and drives sustainable growth via optimized service, cost, and cash. Drive and support partnership cross-function to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity.
- Duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and taking active leadership role on the sales and operation planning (S&OP) process
- Ensuring that accurate demand & shipping forecasts and meaningful market intelligence are provided for all retail channel
- Provides leadership and guidance on the demand and supply planning processes that drive cost-effective stock availability
- Develops and ensures that appropriate planning processes and systems in place are compliant with corporate policies
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action
- Responsible for planning staff as well as respective information systems that generate a statistical forecast for all products categories
- Builds effective relationships and partnerships with internal /external client groups including regional and global teams both within supply chain and commercial.
- Ensures understanding and communication on the business consequences arising from trade-offs concerning the planning activities
- Organizes and presents information that ensures timely forecasting communications and common goals and objectives across franchises and functional areas
- Provides leadership vision to departmental staff to attain process efficiencies by continually reducing forecast error while increasing customer service levels
- Oversee the successful operation support for all NPI from a supply chain perspective
- Ensuring strong individual development plan for team and supporting their career aspiration
- Supply chain lead for specific projects
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- Must have demand planning experience in FMCG environment essential.
- Commercial understanding with strong business acumen to drive development
- Can do attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way
- Familiar with Sales Operation & Planning - Demand Planning, Inventory Planning - Supply Network Planning - Master Data Management
- People Management with strong analytics and Problem-Solving skills
