**Our Client**:
Our client is one of premium-segment manufacturer of cameras and sport optics products, and is looking for a head of Marketing to lead the marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reports directly to the MD and coordinates with the Global Marketing & Communication team at HQ, preparing and managing the budget together with the internal and external resources assigned.
- Responsible for the definition and execution of the integrated marketing, pr and communication plan and the customer journey that enhance existing assets and touchpoints and aimed at developing in-store traffic. Both physical and online, company-owned, and partner owned.
- Responsible for planning multi-channel communication campaigns based on CRM tools
- Responsible for all brand awareness activities and cultural activities, including those related to the brand, defining a development plan consistent with corporate objectives.
- Responsible for defining an event plan throughout the national territory, mainly located in the Store, to activate the engagement phase, interacting with the retail manager.
- Responsible for leading a team while taking responsibility of various topics
