Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Systems Administrator with basic knowledge of monitoring, Windows servers, and RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) servers. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced IT team to ensure the stability and performance of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and Maintenance:

- Execute routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure server reliability.
- Respond to system alerts and take appropriate action to resolve issues promptly.

2. Server Configuration:

- Assist in configuring and provisioning Windows and RHEL servers as per best practices.
- Assist with user account management and access control.

3. Troubleshooting:

- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot server-related problems and provide timely resolutions.
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior team members for further investigation.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for common server issues and resolutions.

5. Security and Updates:

- Support antivirus and malware scanning on servers.

6. Backup and Recovery:

- Participate in data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.

7. Collaboration and Learning:

- Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to server administration.

Skills Requirement

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of Windows server administration.
- Basic understanding of RHEL server administration.
- Familiarity with server monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, RHCSA) a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a bonus.
