Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**
- Speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listen to their needs and communicate options for them.
- Explain to customers about a product's features and answer any questions they might have.
- Able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
- Make use of technology, social media etc to harness marketing and sales potential.
- Up sell and help customers in their pregnancy journey with everything they need.
- Meet sales quotas.
- Learn how products work and how to customise plans for customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience
- Willingness to work weekends, participate in events
- Excellent communication skills and passionate about the mommy & baby market
- Mindset for continuous learning
- Alternate work from home and office
