**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handling customer complaints and escalations, finding solutions and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues in both languages.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
