Our Digital Transformation consulting helps companies improve products and services, enhance customer experience, enter new markets, and increase revenues. We are looking for fresh graduates who will act as the trusted advisor for our clients by focusing mainly on improving their customer experience and increasing our value proposition for them.

Responsibilities

  • Have a good understanding of the company's main line of business and placing an emphasis on the upsells that we are offering
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and other cross-functional teams located locally and globally
  • Increasing the value proposition of the client's existing mobile/web applications
  • Building a good relationship with existing and new clients and communicating with them on a regular basis
  • Identify avenues to upsell additional services and ensure HokuApps is extended to more teams, offices and markets within the customer organization
  • Being able to pitch upsells to existing and new B2B clients of HokuApps

Key Success Metrics

  • Retention of corporate customers
  • App engagement/usage on corporate customer accounts
