As an Admin Support staff to the Career Centre at e2i Central, you will be providing the administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations. Your duties include:
**Responsibilities**
- To ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing the data entry within stipulated time in order to achieve valid placements
- Update jobseekers’ information in CC 4.0 accurately (e.g. placement clocking)
- Verify and create new appointment bookings received via the e-appointment system
- Assignment of MP cases
- Making outbound calls to confirm appointment slots for union referrals, follow up on enquiries, programmes outcome etc
- Support for aging reports, statistics generation and other admin work
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
**Requirement**
- O level and above qualification
- Able to converse in English & another 2nd language
- Preferable to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
- Meticulous, independent and a team-player
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Word)
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 weeks
**Salary**: $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
