**ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT IN PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT
**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for ensuring that the processes and procedures abide by procurement and equipment department specifications and Company policies.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with the Procurement and the Equipment Department.
- Assist the procurement process whereby PO’s are issued from Procurement Specialists.
- Manage the procurement documents preparations for management approval and Procurement Specialist use.
- Help to monitor materials required for Rig are dispatched at the appropriate time.
- Interpret for the Procurement Specialist or Equipment Supervisor in the meeting of vendors.
- Provide support and collaborate with the Procurement Specialist and Equipment Supervisor
- Administration in the execution of the following activities; Coordinate the paper works for purchasing. Follow up on the PO process and the status of the document. Keep track of the delivery status of each PO. Maintain well-organized records/files/registers / Transport Documents and any other documents required for the shore base support office.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma/Degree in Administration/Finance/Supply Chain Management
- Procurement or administration experience desirable
- Those with Accounts Payable experience added advantage
- Well organized and detail oriented
- MS Office work experience is a must
- Good communication skills
