What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of a dynamic team working on MHA procurement and administration, with the following key responsibilities:

  • Support and execute daily procurement transactions, including administration of purchase requests and vetting of purchase documents.
  • Provide advice and consultation on government procurement policies and procedures to end-users.
  • Ensure governance of Home Team procurement and compliance with Home Team procurement policies.
  • Use procurement systems effectively to process purchases online and retrieve data for analysis and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant experience in procurement management and good understanding of the Government IM on Procurement will be advantageous.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Able to engage internal and external parties professionally and provide good customer service to end-users.
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in IT skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with good command of English.
