
Administrative Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Buyer Admin Assistant. This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day processing and follow-up of purchase and repair orders for our Airframe and Component MRO business.
This position requires accurate delivery of dates and airwaybill information in the system for optimum planning, ensuring timely delivery and escalating delays when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a procurement or administrative support role preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal departments and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders promptly.
- Coordinating with internal departments to verify procurement requirements.
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information, purchase records, and related documentation in the procurement system.
- Tracking and monitoring the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Supporting procurement reporting by compiling data for spend analysis, delivery performance, and cost savings.
- Providing administrative support such as filing, documentation, and coordination of procurement-related tasks.
