Programme Overview: Our Management Trainee Programme is designed to immerse you in the core of our business. You will develop comprehensive, hands-on experience by working within critical functions like Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or various Corporate Functions.

Who You Are:

- A recent graduate (or with less than 1 year of experience) holding a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Highly adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges.
- Driven by a genuine passion for the marine, offshore, and energy sectors.

**Job Requirement**
- Work Environment & Logistics:
Locations: Work across our key Singapore yards (Admiralty, Benoi, Tuas Boulevard, Pioneer, Tuas).
- Transport: Convenient transport provided (Island-wide for most yards, Sembawang MRT shuttle for Admiralty).
- Hours: Mon - Thu: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM, Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
