Customer Service Executives serve as the primary interface between our organization and CPF members. They play a crucial role in assisting CPF members in making well-informed decisions on their CPF savings by understanding and addressing their information needs with a compassionate approach. If you excel in engaging with diverse individuals throughout the day and find fulfillment in providing exceptional service, this is the ideal role suited to your strengths and aspirations.
What you will be working on
- Engage with CPF members in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
- Identify and address CPF members’ needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
What we are looking for
- Experience in a call-center environment
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
- A quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality
- Ability to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
