Joint Account Management
- Lead the development of new business with an entrepreneurship mindset for the assigned accounts within ASEAN region

In your new role you will:

- **Lead the development of new business **with an entrepreneurship mindset for the assigned accounts
- **Drive projects **from design-in to business win, ensure order receivable, healthy inventory, grow new customers
- **Build strong relationships **and enhance mindshare with customers, channel partners and internal divisions while bridging any expectations gaps.
- **Drive cross-selling **across all divisions and develop the accountstrategy
- Explore new areas of engagement with assigned accounts and communicate requirements to the divisions
- Forward-looking and **position Infineon product roadmap **into customers product
Operational Task
- **Prepare sales budget **for each account and establish design creation goals
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting input for assigned accounts
- Conduct business review on assigned customers with aligned channelpartners
- Monitor the **pipeline and inventory levels **at distributors forassigned accounts.
- Resolve all issues related to assigned accounts in terms of delivery,quality, legal issues etc
- Develop and execute Marcom program for assigned accounts

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Degree **qualification in Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing or relevant discipline
development
- Strong communication skills in English and multilingual skills will be a great advantage to liaise with foreign clients in the **ASEAN region**:

- Excellent organizational, administrative, teamwork and communication skills; self-motivated and confident in taking initiative
- Outstanding coordination and **communication skills **to address customers, channel partners and internal teams
- **Overseas travel is occasionally required**
