**What the role is**
- Reporting to the Deputy Director (Joint Ops Systems), the job holder will lead the Capability Sustainment Function for Joint Crisis Info Management Sys under Ops Systems Sustainment Centre to ensure high availability and secured services that will meet MHA’s operations needs as well as to support the Home Team’s key operational systems and next generation ops-tech capabilities. The systems are to support Joint Crisis Info Management Sys Planning purposes. He/She shall also perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Director or higher.

**What you will be working on**
- Lead a team of officers to carry out the capability sustainment and maintenance of the ops system under Joint Crisis Info Management Sys purview. - Ensure and maintain governance on the technical standards and processes are well-complied to ensure the system is robust and secure and the services are delivered effectively and efficiently. - Oversee systems performance to meet system availability KPI. Interface with System owners for joint decision on major system maintenance matters affecting operations. - Ensure the following core duties are carry out: i. Technical Refresh ii. Contract Management iii. Fault Management iv. Configuration Management v. Utilisation and resources capacity planning vi. Maintain overall ICT security posture vii. Asset and Inventory Management
