Sabre Travel Solution Asia Pacific Billing Team is looking for a talented Accountant.

The Sabre Travel Solution APAC Billing team that is located in Singapore works closely with the Billing team in Southlake.

The team is responsible for Airline and Joint Venture Billing in Asia Pacific

Role and Responsibilities

This position is part of the Asia Pacific Billing team within Sabre’s International Accounting organization. The role is responsible for Joint Venture billing for Asia Pacific.- Maintain Master Agreement for Joint Venture- Manage Joint Venture Business Partner Account- Process billing, invoices and credit notes- Prepare month end closing procedures- Send monthly statement and documents to Joint Venture- Handle queries from Joint Venture and Business Units- Primary liaison between Joint Venture, Accounting team and other stakeholders- Assist in audit matters (Internal and External Audit)- Maintain process and procedure documents as required for audit and SOX controls purpose- Support Airline Business Partner Account and settlement when required- Involve in implementation of the Billing and Revenue Innovation Management system- Support projects/new initiatives/system improvements and any other ad hoc duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent

Must Have Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Working experience with Finance modules in ERP environment (SAP) which will enable transition to new environment such as SAP BRIM- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance- Ability to work well as part of a team, good interpersonal and communication skills- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a global organization, prior finance shared services experience is a plus- Proactive, process-oriented, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Working experience in billing, invoicing or audits- Good understanding of AR and AP functions
