**Job Title: Customer Support Administrative Coordinator**
**About the position**
As a** Customer Support Administrative Coordinator, **you will:
- Invoice Customers as per initial quotation and based on service outcome.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating customer records.
- Maintain annual support agreement renewals.
- Route Customer Support related requests to the responsible Team.
- Provide service quotation to Customers, coordinate, and schedule field support attendances.
- Book Field Support Engineers and Service Partner for the job and connected them with customer’s representatives. Support Field Coordinators on ad-hoc requests.**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have/be**:
- Commercial vocational diploma with corresponding professional experience
- or two-years’ experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Good time management
- Adaptable and flexibility
- Experience in Navision, Dynamics CRM is a plus.
