**ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER, SPORTS MARKETING**:

This role is to lead, plan and monitor sports marketing strategies and sponsorship activities in Malaysia to achieve brand and commercial goals based on Global and SEA objectives.

**Task 1**: Lead and execute sports marketing strategy in Malaysia, with strong SEA strategy alignment. Plan the utilization of local sports marketing assets, i.e. appearances, activation programs.**Task 2**: Servicing and management of all sponsored associations, athletes and players including coordination and tracking of contracts, seeding orders, budget and stock management.**Task 3**: Proactively seek and evaluate any possible sports marketing acquisitions. Be in tune with latest industry trends and news.

**Task 4**: Budget control relating to sports marketing assets and product supply.

**Task 5**: Maintain regular communication with Global sports marketing team, SEA teams and key accounts to develop strategic plans in conjunction with marketing and commercial goals.

**YOUR TALENT**:
**Education**: University degree with a focus on Marketing or Sports
- **Professional**: Functional: 3-4 years’ experienceIndustry: Sports and Lifestyle or consumer brands

Interest: High interest in Sports is a must

**IT Skills**: MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel knowledge is a must)

**Language Skills**: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus; Fluency in English a must

**Competencies**: Flexibility and Commitment; Ability to work in fast paced environment; Openness in Communication/Listening; Planning & Organizing

**Functional Skills**: Budget Planning, Activation Execution
