We carry a myriad of reputable and popular sports brands for racquet sports, padel, and sporting accessories.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand the features and benefits of our sporting goods, especially racquet (tennis, badminton, ping pong, padel, etc) equipment.
- Recommend products based on custome needs and preferences.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
- Learn and assist with racquet restringing (training will be provided)
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or concern professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or racquet sports.
- Strong communication skills in both English and/or Mandarin to effectively support our diverse customer base.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and in a team.
- Experience in racquet restringing is a plus (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Passion for sports and a willingness to learn about our extensive product range.
