- Create and manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget
- Collaborate & coordinate with event production and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and sponsor activations
- Manage relationships with media outlets, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event promotion
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling event collateral and visual assets
- Analyze event data and metrics to determine marketing effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for future events
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to optimize marketing efforts and enhance the attendee experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with event production, sponsorship, and sales initiatives

**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Degree in marketing or communications
- At least 5-8 years of events marketing management and related experience, large scale Event Management industry experience will be a plus
- Hands-on experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the media and/or sports industries would be ideal
- English required; fluency in an Asian language (written and spoken) will be an asset
- Demonstrated ability for developing and understanding strategy, driving alignment with stakeholders, and inspiring teams to achieve common goals
- A big plus - Passionate about live events and sports
