**WHAT DOES IT TAKE?**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Managing the content strategy for all UFIT services, whilst ensuring campaigns are data-driven and insight-led.
- Working closely with the Hub Managers to develop content that is valuable and relevant to our target audience.
- Supporting the Media Producer & Designer with the creation of visual assets (EDMs, social media, ads, video production).
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and marketing strategies.
- Maintaining a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.
- Ensuring all website content is relevant, engaging and informative while keeping it optimised for both an excellent user experience and for SEO.
- Planning and executing events to build brand awareness and strengthen the UFIT community. Assist with event operations, logistics and manpower.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and attend industry-related events/seminars for content inspiration.
- Monitoring and optimising marketing performance using Hubspot tools and creating detailed analysis and reports with actionable insights and initiatives.
- Project manage video campaigns and assist our in-house videographer with conceptualisation, storyboarding, and filming
- Plan, develop and execute events to build brand awareness and strengthen the UFIT community
- Assist with event operations, logistics and manpower
- Brainstorming with the marketing team for new and innovative content ideas for upcoming campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and attend industry-related events and seminars for brand inspiration
- Monitoring and optimising marketing performance using Hubspot tools and creating detailed analysis and reports with actionable insights and initiatives

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BA/BS degree or applicants with relevant professional background and capabilities
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the sport/health & fitness industry)
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated proficiency in copywriting and developing content across marketing channels.
- Experience using platforms such as Canva, Hubspot and Planoly (preferred).
- Excellent English language skills (spoken & written)
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organisation and time-management skills
- Creative, strategic and a critical thinker
